Furniture – Kelly Brasch Interiors has access to countless furniture brands at several different price points. Whether you’re interested in higher end furnishings that are only available through designers or more moderately priced brands you might find at a retail store, Kelly will select furniture, fabrics, and finishes to suit your style and your budget. Fabrics and finishes can be viewed in your home to ensure they coordinate with items you already own.

Window Treatments – Kelly designs window treatments with décor, light control, and privacy considerations in mind. They may consist of custom draperies, decorative hardware, top treatments, blinds, window shades, or a combination of these items. Kelly works with expert installers and experienced workrooms to produce your custom window designs. If custom treatments aren’t in your budget, she will shop for store bought window treatments and drapery hardware.

Lighting – A well thought out lighting plan allows you to change the atmosphere of a room. Sometimes you want a well lit room and other times you want a more ambient feel. Kelly will recommend a combination of chandeliers, pendants, sconces, lamps, recessed lighting, and dimmers. The result will be beautiful from a design standpoint and practical to support the many functions of your space.

Accessories – Accessories are the jewelry of a room, and Kelly will shop for the perfect pieces to give your space that final touch. Sourcing accessories from designer showrooms, specialty boutiques, retail shops, and discount stores, your budget will determine where the majority of accessories will be purchased from.

Materials & Finishes Selection – Selecting that perfect furniture fabric, cabinet finish, countertop, tile backsplash, wood floor, or carpet can be a daunting task. Kelly will help you with these selections ensuring everything works beautifully together.

Paint Color Consultations – Choosing a paint color on your own can be overwhelming. With Kelly’s eye for color, you can be confident that you’ll get it right the first time.

Room Redesigns – New furnishings aren’t in the budget? No problem because Kelly will help you redesign a room or your entire home with the items you already have. Renewed furniture and accessory placement will bring a room from drab to fab!

Home Staging – Staging your home before putting it on the market will drastically improve your chances of a sale, and it may even bring you a higher selling price. To get your home ready for sale, Kelly will help rearrange existing furnishings and accessories as needed, advise you on what to pack away, and make suggestions for new items to add so your home is welcoming to potential buyers.

Design Fees
Because every project is unique, Kelly has a flexible approach as to how she works with clients.  Depending on the client’s preference and project, either hourly or flat consulting fees will be utilized.

Hourly Consulting Fees
Consultation is based on an hourly rate. This means a retainer will not be requested as a guarantee for a specified number of hours. The hourly rate is stated in the contract and hours will be billed weekly or monthly depending on agreed terms.

OR

Flat Consulting Fees
Kelly and the client agree from the beginning on the number of hours she will spend working on the project based on a proposal. If additional hours are required to complete the project, then she obtains client authorization prior to completion.  A payment schedule, hourly rate, and agreed upon flat fee will be specified in the contract.

Purchasing and Sourcing Services
Kelly Brasch Interiors offers purchasing and sourcing services. Items purchased at designer wholesale prices will have a percentage purchasing fee that covers the time to create order specifications, order processing and tracking, coordinating with the delivery company, and addressing any issues that may arise. All retail purchases will be sold to the client at the same available retail rates the client would pay. The retailer will compensate the designer depending on their designer selling policy, which is transparent to the client. The purchasing policy is fully described in the contract.
