Scaled drawings allow you to maximize space, optimize functionality, and ensure a pleasing aesthetic. Hiring Kelly to create these floor plans and elevations will help you avoid costly mistakes.
Materials & Finishes Selection – Selecting that perfect cabinet, countertop, backsplash, wood floor, furniture grouping, or fabric can be an overwhelming task. Kelly will help you with these selections ensuring everything works beautifully together.
Lighting – A well thought out lighting plan allows you to change the atmosphere of a room. Sometimes you want a well-lit room and other times you want a more ambient feel. Kelly will recommend a combination of chandeliers, pendants, sconces, lamps, recessed lighting, and dimmers. The result will be beautiful from a design standpoint and practical to support the many functions of your space.

Window Treatments – Kelly specifies window treatments with style, light control, and privacy considerations in mind. This may consist of custom drapery panels with decorative hardware, plantation shutters, designer shades, wood blinds, or a combination of these items. Kelly works with experienced workrooms to produce your custom window designs. If custom treatments aren’t in your budget, she may shop for store bought window treatments and drapery hardware.
Accessories – Accessories are the jewelry of a room, and Kelly will shop for the perfect pieces to give your space that final touch. Sourcing accessories from designer showrooms, specialty boutiques, retail shops, and discount stores, your budget will determine where the majority of accessories will be purchased from.
Purchasing and Sourcing Services – Kelly Brasch Interiors can help with sourcing finish materials and furniture where applicable. Items purchased at designer wholesale prices will have a percentage purchasing fee that covers the time to create order specifications, order processing and tracking, coordinating with the delivery company, and addressing any issues that may arise. All retail purchases will be sold to the client at the same available retail rates the client would pay. The retailer may compensate the designer, depending on the store policy, which is transparent to the client.
Communicating with Your Contractor – Kelly Brasch Interiors can prepare detailed instructions to be shared with your contractor to help him or her successfully execute the design plan. In addition, Kelly will be available to answer questions and help work through any construction issues as needed.
Paint Color Consultations – Choosing a paint color on your own can be a daunting task. With Kelly’s eye for color, you can be confident that you’ll get it right the first time.
Room Redesigns – New furnishings aren’t in the budget? No problem because Kelly will help you redesign a room or your entire home with the items you already have. Renewed furniture and accessory placement will bring a room from drab to fab!

Design Fees
Because every client requires varying levels of service for their projects, Kelly’s design approach is flexible to meet the needs of each individual client. She will be involved in your project as much or as little as you like thereby giving you control of your design budget. There is a flat fee for an initial consultation. At the end of the consultation, we will come up with an action plan for next steps to move towards accomplishing your goals with your budget in mind. All additional services will be billed at an hourly rate.
